The group curriculum mirrors the One-to-One Mentoring, with interactive activities, group discussions, and shared exercises for a more social and communal learning experience.
 
Week 1: Introduction to NLP 
- Group introduction and exploration of NLP fundamentals  
- Learning the NLP Communication Model together  
- Group rapport-building exercises  
 
Week 2: Sensory Acuity and Calibration 
- Sensory acuity exercises in pairs and groups  
- Practicing calibration of non-verbal cues and reactions  
 
Week 3: Representational Systems
- Group activities to identify sensory preferences  
- Exercises to practice communicating using different modalities  
 
Week 4: Anchoring Techniques  
- Group practice of anchoring and creating shared anchors  
- Interactive exercises to anchor emotional states in various scenarios  
 
Week 5: Reframing and Belief Change  
- Group discussion on identifying and changing limiting beliefs  
- Practicing reframing techniques with group feedback  
 
Week 6: Practical NLP Integration  
- Group practice applying NLP techniques to real-life scenarios  
- Final discussion on how to continue using NLP tools post-course  
 
Review and consolidate all learned techniques
Final NLP Master Certification Exam
Graduation and certification as a  Basic NLP Practitoner 
 
 
Final Exam:
The final exam will assess your knowledge and ability to apply NLP techniques.
